IAEA/RCA Mid-term Progress Review Meeting of the RCA Project on Supporting Radiation Processing of Polymeric Materials for Agricultural Applications and Environmental Remediation

In accordance with the plan of activities of the RCA Programme in 2010, IAEA/RCA Mid-term Progress Review Meeting of the RCA Project on Supporting Radiation Processing of Polymeric Materials for Agricultural Applications and Environmental Remediation is to be held on 19-23 July 2010, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The purpose of this Training Course is to evaluate the achievements and progress of the project in 2009-2010; update the project work plan for the second part of 2010 and for 2011 in general, and for each Member State participating in the project in detail; and discuss the Concept Paper for a new RCA Project on Radiation Processing for the 2012-2013 TC cycle, subject to identification of Radiation Processing as a priority area for 2012-2013 by the National RCA Representatives.

National RCA Representatives need to inform of suitable candidates for this event, not later than 24th of May 2010, with the completed and endorsed nomination form.
