RCARO Marked 2nd Anniversary of Establishment

(27 Mar. 04) On 27 March 2004, RCARO marked the 2nd Anniversary of the establishment.
RCARO was officially inaugurated in Daejeon on 27 March 2002 in conjunction with the 30th Anniversary of RCA Agreement establishment.
