Mr Oh Myung, Minister of Science and Technology of Korean government visited RCARO on 29 April 2004 and commended the Office for dedicated contributions to the RCA Member States in fulfilling its mandate. Minister Oh, after participating in the opening of KAERI's new research reactor fuel facility, paid a visit to RCARO and was briefed on RCARO mandate and activities by Mr Kim, Jin-Kyoung, Director of RCARO. Minister Oh, while conversing with RCARO staff, hoped that RCARO would function as an internationally recognized organization in the future. Dr Chung-Won Cho, Director General, Atomic Energy Bureau of MOST and Dr In-Soon Chang, President of KAERI, joined the visit.
