The RCA Regional Office is pleased to announce the release of the 9th issue of the RCA Newsletter and the 2nd Issue of the RCA Issue Brief, now available on the RCA website. 

The latest RCA Newsletter features highlights of the upcoming 47th National Representative Meeting scheduled for 20-22 May 2025, results and outcomes of completed RCA projects in 2024, an overview of the Philippines' participation in the RCA, and spotlights on the RCARO Fellowship Programme. 

The 2nd RCA Issue Briefs offers an in-depth look at mutation breeding, showcasing its role as an effective tool for crop improvement and agricultural sustainability.
