Recently (as of 1st February 2005), Dr Manoon Aramrattana, was appointed as the Secretary-General of the Office of Atoms for Peace (OAP), Thailand's sole national nuclear research institute. He has long been associated with RCA affairs during the past and he resumed the National RCA Representative of Thailand.
