Mr Sung-Kwang Yang, Director, Atomic Energy Cooperation Division, Ministry of Science and Technology of the Korean government has been recently assumed the roles and responsibilities as the National RCA Representative of the Republic of Korea. The previous National RCA Representative of ROK, Mr Jong-bae Choi, has been attached to IAEA's Department of Safety and Security as an expert from MOST.
