    The present invention relates to a windscreen (10) having an upper edge (O) and a lower edge (U), comprising an outer pane (1) with an exterior surface (I) and an interior surface (II) and comprising an inner pane (2) with an exterior surface (III) and an interior surface (IV), wherein the interior surface (II) of the outer pane (1) and the exterior surface (III) of the inner pane (2) are connected to one another by way of a thermoplastic intermediate layer (3), wherein the interior surface (IV) of the inner pane (2) is provided with a reflection coating (20), which is suitable for reflecting p-polarized radiation and which comprises the following, in the order specified, starting from the interior surface (IV) of the inner pane (2): - an optically highly refractive layer (21) with a refractive index greater than or equal to 1.9, - at least in some parts, a reflection-increasing layer (22) on the basis of a metal, semiconductor, an electrically conductive carbide or an electrically conductive nitride, - an optically lowly refractive layer (23) with a refractive index of less than or equal to 1.6, wherein the windscreen (10) has at least a first subregion (F) and a second subregion (G), wherein the first subregion (F) is at a smaller distance from the lower edge (U) than the second subregion (G) and wherein the layer thickness of the reflection-increasing layer (22) in the first subregion (F) is greater than the layer thickness of the reflection-increasing layer (22) in the second subregion (G).

    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method for laminated metal foil that can ensure a wider molten width on a lamination direction upper end side and a lamination direction lower end side near a surface of a laminated metal foil than the vicinity of a center of a molten part.SOLUTION: A laser welding method for a laminated metal foil in which a plurality of copper-based foils are laminated has: a step of vertically laminating the plurality of copper-based foils; a step of arranging the laminated metal foil on a jig in a blue laser welding system; and a step of orienting a blue laser beam and radiating it to the laminated metal foil. After radiation of blue laser beam, a width of a lower end part of a molten region generated in the laminated metal foil is longer than a width of a midship part of the molten region in a cross section along a lamination direction of the copper-based foils of the laminated metal foil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

Radiation striking the first surface (236, 436) can be diverted by a first angle relative to the projected path P0 and can continue to strike the second surface (240, 440), which diverts the radiation by a second angle. The sum of the first and second angles is the divergence angle. The apparatus can be used in a probe assembly (200) to determine tip clearance of a turbine blade (120) during operation of a gas turbine engine (50).
